A contemporary take on the blend of Spanish Revival and Mediterranean style architecture, we call this one Santa Barbara on Wellesley. There is a focus on indoor-outdoor living, comfort, and timeless elegance. The exterior is characterized by a red tile roof, off-white stucco walls, and walkways connecting the outdoor patio spaces. The interiors are highlighted by wood beams, a stone fireplace, and vibrant textiles to add warmth and character. The color scheme throughout is reminiscent of beach tones, evoking a soothing ambiance overall for a young family of four.
