Post Oak Lane
A large focus was to frame the city views and bring warmth to the inherent cold nature of a high rise. The ceilings define the spaces and bring scale where needed, some ceilings were lowered to create more intimacy. Color and materials were used to frame and scale, with the intent to guide lines of sight. Stained wood cabinetry, along with stained vertical jambs, were used in openings to emphasize space and bring a sense of verticality to horizontal views. Vistas/views are very intentional in expressing the views beyond.
