Kirby Drive
The residence is in one of River Oaks premiere high-rises and has a 360-degree view of Houston. The concept behind the minimalist design was to showcase their eclectic art and furniture. Marble slab floors within a wide hallway give the entrance a museum aesthetic while the reclaimed French oak floors in a herringbone pattern help soften large rooms. Plaster walls are supported by a thin polished stainless-steel base that continues to frame doors and openings. Large sliding stainless steel and glass doors were utilized to define space while keeping views to the city below.
